Out of my free time endeavours in recent years this has been perhaps one of the most physically exhausting - although I recoverd in a day or so. Required a hike from 7am to 4pm with a climb of 1200 metres on rugged paths. After seeing this place in a K-drama which I translated, I wanted to go there.

Quick update - after 2012 I have moved work twice, first to Natural Resources Instute Luke in 2015 and then to the National Library of Finland in 2017 from where I retired in 2025.   I currently reside in Kymenlaakso, which is the South-Eastern corner of Finland.
